1. The gear shift pattern is shown in the figure. In addition, the pattern is depicted on the lever handle. Always fully depress the clutch pedal before shifting gears.



Attention:
  • - Do not engage reverse gear when the vehicle is moving forward; this will cause the gearbox to fail.
  • Do not leave your foot on the clutch pedal while driving, as this will cause premature wear or damage to the clutch.
  • Do not keep your hand on the gear shift lever while driving, as this will cause premature wear or damage to the gear shift mechanism.
  • - Do not exceed 50 km/h when in first gear, as this will damage the gearbox.


Note:
  • - If engaging first gear is difficult, press the clutch pedal again; after this, engaging the gear will be easier.
  • - To engage reverse gear, set the gearshift lever to neutral position "N", wait 3 seconds, and then engage reverse gear "R".


2. For efficient engine operation, select gear shift positions according to the speed limits specified in the table.
