Measures the mass of air passing through it. The data is used to maintain the optimum air-fuel ratio.

The sensor is installed in the air filter housing.

The measured value of the sensor is the current strength required to maintain a constant temperature of the heated plate. In combination with the data on the temperature of the incoming air, this makes it possible to calculate with satisfactory accuracy the mass of air passing through the meter.

The output signal is taken from the sensor in the form of voltage.
