Unscrew the oil filler plug.
Check the oil level. If the oil level is just below the bottom edge of the filler hole, this is normal.
For type 1 only
Remove the oil filler plug and check that the transmission oil level is not lower than 8 mm from the lower edge of the hole.
If the oil level is significantly low, add fresh transmission oil to the front and/or rear differential.
Recommended transmission oil: transmission oil with API GL classification (5 or higher). When operating the vehicle at an ambient temperature above 10°C, it is recommended to use transmission oil with a viscosity of SAE 90, and at an ambient temperature below 10°C - SAE 80W.
Install the oil filler cap and tighten it to the recommended torque.
