If you need to stop the car on the road due to some malfunction, turn on the hazard warning lights. The hazard warning light button always works, regardless of the position of the key in the ignition switch.



To turn on the hazard warning lights, press the button. To turn them off, press it again. After pressing this button, all direction indicators and the direction indicator lamps in the instrument cluster start flashing.

Note: If the hazard warning lights are left on for a long time with the engine not running, the battery may be discharged, making it difficult or impossible to start the engine.


It is possible to simultaneously turn on the buzzer sound along with the flashing of the direction indicators (more detailed information can be obtained from an authorized MITSUBISHI MOTORS center.
