Hazard warning light switch (Mitsubishi Galant 6)

1. The hazard warning lights are turned on by pressing the push-button switch mounted in the central part of the vehicle's instrument panel and usually equipped with a signal lamp with a pictogram depicting two triangles inscribed within each other.



2. Turning on the hazard warning lights causes all four direction indicators (and their indicator lights on the vehicle's instrument panel) to operate simultaneously. The hazard warning lights are designed to warn other road users of a forced stop of the vehicle and are also used in other dangerous situations stipulated by traffic regulations.
