- oN position - the ignition is on, the engine is running, you can use all the electrical appliances of the car.
- sTART position - starter on. After the engine starts, release the key and it will automatically return to the ON position.
Note: If the vehicle is equipped with ignition switch illumination, it will turn on when the driver's door is opened and will remain on for 30 seconds after it is closed.
If the vehicle is equipped with a remote door lock control system, then when the key is removed from the ignition switch, the backlight will turn on for approximately 30 seconds and will turn off, even if it was previously on, when the key is turned to the ON position.
If the vehicle is equipped with daytime running lights, turning the key to the ON position turns on the low beam headlights and other lights.
The ignition switch housing contains a ring antenna of the immobilizer control unit.
Removal the key from the ignition switch
Turn the key to the ACC position, press it and turn it to the LOCK position. Then remove the key.

Steering wheel lock
