- *3 - normal operating conditions;
- *2 - severe operating conditions;
- *3 - quality standards for the oil used according to ACEA or API classification:
- ACEA: AZ/VZ, AZ/B4 or A5/B5
- API: CF-4.
Examples of severe operating conditions as defined by the vehicle manufacturer
3. Operation in conditions of increased dustiness.
2. Operation on roads with damaged surfaces, on flooded roads, driving on hilly terrain.
3. Operation in cold climates.
4. Operation during short trips, as well as during long periods of engine idling.
5. Operation under conditions of frequent braking.
6. Operation when towing a trailer.
7. Operation as a taxi or rental car.
8. Operation for more than 50% of the time in urban conditions at an ambient temperature of 32*C and above.
9. Operation for more than 50% of the time in conditions of movement at a speed of 120 km/h or higher at an ambient temperature of 30°C or higher.
10. Operation in conditions of transportation of heavy loads.
