Removal and installation
- Before starting to remove parts, remove the main muffler and the central pipe of the exhaust system.
− The parts are removed in the order of numbers shown in the figure "Removing the subframe".
Removal the rear suspension cross beam. 1 - bolt connecting the lower arm and shock absorber, 2 - bolt connecting the subframe and lower arm, 3 - gearbox mounting support, 4 - subframe.
- When removing parts, pay attention to removing the bolt connecting the subframe and the lower arm.
Apply alignment marks as shown in the figure, then remove the subframe and lower arm connecting bolt.
− Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- After completing the installation of the parts, perform the following operations:
- a) Install the main muffler and the center pipe of the exhaust system.
- b) Checking and adjusting the rear wheel alignment angles.
Examination
1. Check the subframe for mechanical damage.
2. Check the condition of all bolts.
