This switch operates when the ignition key is in the "ON" or "ACC" position. The windshield wipers and windshield washers are turned on by moving the lever to the appropriate positions.
Defogging. Single movement of the wiper blades.
Turned off
Intermittent mode. The interval of brush movement depends on the vehicle speed.

Note: On vehicles with remote control door locks, the intermittent wiper function may not function.

The intermittent wipe interval (lever in the "–-" position) can be changed by turning the adjusting wheel A on the switch lever.
Windshield defogging
Move the windshield wiper lever in the direction of the arrow and release it. The windshield wipers will make one stroke. Use this windshield wiper mode during fog or light rain. If you hold the lever in the upper position (A), the windshield wipers will continue to operate until you release the lever.
