Removal sequence



Remove the drain plug.

Remove the radiator cap.

Remove the expansion tank hose.

Remove the expansion tank.

Disconnect the upper radiator hose.

Disconnect the lower radiator hose.

Disconnect the electric fan electronic unit connector.

Disconnect the automatic transmission heat exchanger hoses.

Remove the upper radiator supports.

Remove the lower radiator supports.

Remove the fan shroud with electric fans.

Remove the fan shroud and the air conditioner condenser fan.

Remove the radiator and fan.

Disconnect the electric fan electronic unit connector.

Remove the fan motor.

Remove the fan shroud.

Disconnecting the upper/lower radiator hose





Place mating marks on the radiator hose and clamp.

Remove the radiator hoses.

Connecting the Upper/Lower Radiator Hose





Place the lower radiator hose until it rests against the ledge on the inlet pipe.



Place the upper radiator hose until it rests against the recess on the outlet pipe.

Align the mating marks on the radiator hoses and on the clamp.

Tighten the clamp.
