The parts are removed in the order shown in the figure.

Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

When installing the parts, pay attention to the operation of installing the clutch master cylinder pusher.



Adjust the length of the push rod assembly to the specified value to facilitate subsequent clutch pedal adjustment.

Examination



Check the master cylinder hydraulic drive housing for scratches and rust.

Check the piston dust boot for wear and deformation.

Check the piston for scratches and rust.

Check the clutch hydraulic lines for blockages.
