Caution: Do not use a new bushing of the same size as the old one as a replacement. Use a bushing of the next oversize.
2. Ream the mounting hole according to the given data.
Mounting hole diameter:
- 1st repair size (0.05): 11.050-11.068 mm;
- 2nd repair size (0.25): 11.250-11.268 mm;
- 3rd repair size (0.50): 11.500-11.518 mm.
3. When pressing in a new bushing, check the amount of its protrusion, which should be between 18.3 and 18.9 mm.
Note: The inlet and outlet valve bushings have the same diameters (outer and inner), but differ in length.
Length:
- intake valve sleeve: 45.2 mm;
- exhaust valve sleeve: 48.2 mm.
4. After installing the new bushing, check the clearance in the bushing-valve pair and, if necessary, use a reamer to adjust the inner diameter of the bushing.
