Disassembly sequence: 1. Retaining ring; 2. Synchronizer hub 2WD - 4WD; 3. Synchronizer spring; 4. External synchronizer locking ring; 5. Biconical ring; 6. Inner locking ring; 7. Leading toothed pulley of chain drive; 8. Adjusting gasket; 9. Needle bearing; 10. Front pinion of the center differential


Installing the outer and inner synchronizer locking rings



Before installation, lubricate the working conical surfaces of the rings with transmission oil.
