Apply a little soapy water to the nipple. If an air bubble forms, tighten the nipple with the back of the cap.
Caution: Only a metal cap may be used to tighten the nipple.
Check the nipple again. If bubbles continue to form and the nipple no longer tightens, replace it.
Be sure to screw the cap back on.
