Fuse box
To prevent damage to the electrical system due to short circuit or overload, each individual electrical circuit is equipped with a fuse. Fuse blocks are available in the passenger compartment and in the engine compartment of the car.
In the passenger compartment, the fuse box is located behind the glove box, which is located in front of the driver's seat, as shown in the figure.
In the engine compartment, the fuse box is located as shown in the figure.
Press button A.
Remove the cover.
Rated fuse currents
The fuse ratings and the names of their respective electrical systems are printed on the inside of the coin compartment for the fuses located in the driver's foot area and on the fuse box cover for the fuse box in the engine compartment.

Note. Spare fuses are installed in the fuse box. To replace a blown fuse, always use a fuse with the same current rating.
Depending on the model of a particular vehicle and its equipment, some of the listed fuses may not be installed.
The following table shows the main equipment related to the fuse that protects the circuits of this equipment.
The fuse box does not include spare fuses 7.5 A, 10 A and 15 A. If one of the fuses of this rating has failed, replace it using one of the following fuses, respectively:
- 7.5 A - cruise control;
- 10 A - air conditioner compressor;
- 15 A - cigarette lighter.
Replace the fuses as soon as possible.
Replacing the fuse
Before replacing a fuse, be sure to turn off the electrical circuit that the fuse protects and turn the ignition key to the «LOCK» («blocking»).
Open the glove box.
Pull the glove box towards you all the way and pull it out.
Remove puller B from fuse box cover A.
Check the fuse rating table for the fuse that protects the failed circuit.
C is a good fuse.
D - blown fuse.
Note. If the system does not work, but the fuse serving this circuit does not blow, then something else is the cause of the malfunction, and contact an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer to identify and fix it.
Using a puller, insert a new fuse with the same current rating into the same location in the fuse box as the blown one.
Attention! Never install a fuse with a higher current rating than the specification, or any substitute fuses such as wire, foil, etc. This may cause the wiring to overheat and cause a fire.
