Assembly is carried out in the order shown in Fig. M2 5.062.



Differential design elements (for vehicles equipped with differential lock): 1. Differential housing; 2. Gasket (replace with a new one during assembly); 3. Rear axle differential lock switch sensor; 4. Outer race of the rear bearing of the drive pinion; 5. Outer race of the front bearing of the drive pinion; 6. Drive gear; 7. Rear adjusting washer of the drive pinion shaft (for adjusting the height of the drive pinion); 8. Inner race of the rear bearing of the drive pinion; 9. Inner race of the front bearing of the drive gear; 10. Oil seal (replace with a new one during assembly); 11. Front adjusting washer of the drive pinion shaft (for adjusting the preload of the drive pinion); 12. Intermediate adjusting sleeve of the drive gear; 13. Drive gear assembly; 14. Connecting flange; 15. Washer; 16. Self-locking nut (replace with a new one during assembly); 17. Gasket (replace with a new one during assembly); 18. Air tube assembly (B); 19. Eye bolt; 20. Air tube assembly (A); 21. Hose; 22. Differential housing; 23. Driven gear of the main transmission; 24. Pressure plate; 25. Differential lock engagement drive; 26. Inner race of the differential side bearing with rollers and separator; 27. Outer race of the differential side bearing; 28. Bearing cover; 29. Bolt; 30. Side bearing adjusting nut; 31. Bolt
