Removal
Pull the handbrake lever trim "3" upwards.

Pull out ashtray "4".
If the equipment is included, remove the switches for the electrically adjustable outside mirror and seat heating and disconnect the connectors from the switches.
Loosen the mounting screws and pull out the console.
