Removal and installation of cardan shafts (Mitsubishi L200 4)

Set the transfer case control lever to the "2H" position.

Drain the oil from the transfer case.



Apply alignment marks.




Sequence of removal of cardan shafts: 1. Self-locking nut; 2. Driveshaft assembly (2WD); 3. Rear propeller shaft assembly (vehicles with Easy select 4WD); 4. Rear propeller shaft assembly (vehicles with Super select 4WD); 5. Spacer sleeve (vehicles with Easy seect4M drive); 6. Front propeller shaft assembly (vehicles with Easy select 4WD); 7. Front propeller shaft assembly (vehicles with Soper select 4WD)
