- When measuring the oil level, the vehicle must be on a level surface.
- The engine must be warmed up to operating temperature.
- After stopping the engine, wait at least 3 minutes for the oil to drain into the oil pan.
- Remove the dipstick and wipe it with a clean cloth.

- Then insert the dipstick all the way in and pull it out again. The oil level should be between the MAX and MIN marks.
- Add new oil only when the oil level approaches the minimum mark.
- Topping up is done through the oil filler neck on the cylinder head. Top up with the recommended oil, do not add additives.
Caution: Do not overfill above the MAX mark. If overfilling, suck out excess oil, otherwise the gaskets and catalytic converter may be damaged.
