Removal and installation
− Before starting to remove the cable parts, perform the following operations:
- a) Remove the rear seat assembly.
- b) Remove the front side door sill trim (right), rear side door sill trim (right), lower part of the center pillar trim (right) and trunk side trim (hatch side)
− The parts are removed in the order of the numbers indicated in the figure "Removing the fuel tank filler flap".
Removal the fuel tank filler cap.1 - fuel tank filler flap assembly, 2 - retainer, 3 - fuel tank filler flap lock assembly, 4 - fuel tank filler flap lock release cable, 5 - fuel tank filler flap lock release handle.
− Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- After completing the installation of the parts, perform the following operations:
- a) Install the front side door sill trim (right), rear side door sill trim (right), lower B-pillar trim (right) and trunk side trim (hatch side).
- b) Install the rear seat assembly.
