Checking the horn relay

1. Check for a closed circuit between terminals "2" - "3" of the relay when power is not supplied.

2. Apply power (battery voltage) to terminals "2" (-) and "3" (+) and check for a closed circuit between terminals "1" - "4" of the relay.
