Examination
1. Remove the heating element from the cigarette lighter socket and check the contact condition of the heating element. Remove any tobacco residue or other foreign particles from the heating element coil.
2. Using a multimeter, check the circuit condition (resistance) of the heating element coil as shown in the figure.
