Checking the washer fluid level (Mitsubishi Lancer 9)

1. Check the washer fluid level in the reservoir regularly. If the fluid level in the windshield washer reservoir is low, top it up.

Washer reservoir capacity: 4.2 l

Note: For station wagon models, the fluid reservoir is shared between the windshield washer and rear window washer.

2. If, when you turn on the washer, the washer fluid is not supplied to the glass, then add fluid to the washer reservoir.

Caution: Do not turn on the washer if there is no washer fluid in the reservoir, as this may cause the washer motor (pump) to burn out.
