Attention: it is necessary to clean the hydraulic fluid cooler lines after changing the CVT or automatic transmission, overhauling the CVT or automatic transmission, or if the working fluid is contaminated.
1. Disconnect the hose (shown in the picture), connecting a variator or automatic transmission and a working fluid cooler built into the radiator.
2. Start the engine and drain the working fluid (selector in position "N", the engine is idling).
Note: after starting, let the engine run for no more than 1 minute. If the working fluid flows out before this point, stop the engine immediately.
The volume of the drained working fluid is approximately 3.5 liters
3. Pour new fluid into the transmission through the guide tube on the CVT or automatic transmission fluid level dipstick.
Filling volume - approximately 3.5 liters
Attention: stop filling the working fluid into the variator or automatic transmission if it is impossible to fill in the above volume of working fluid.
4. Repeat operations step by step "2" And "3".
Note: Drain at least 8 liters through the fluid cooler hose. Then drain some more working fluid and check for signs of contamination of the working fluid. If the working fluid is contaminated, then repeat the steps "2"- "3".
5. Change the working fluid (ATF) in CVT or automatic transmission (see related section).
