1. Checking the ATF level in an automatic transmission should be carried out after a trip, when the fluid has warmed up.
2. Park the vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
3. With the engine idling and the brake pedal fully depressed, move the automatic transmission selector lever through all positions from «R» («Parking») before «L» («Low gear») (for vehicles with automatic gearbox INVECS-II 4AYA), from «R» («Parking») before «D» («Movement, main gear») (for vehicles with automatic gearbox with manual gearshift INVECS-II Sport Mode 4AYA) with short stops in each position.
4. Move the automatic transmission selector lever to the position «N» (neutral).

5. Remove the liquid level indicator, wipe it with a clean cloth and reinsert it completely into the hole. Remove the pointer and check the fluid level in the automatic transmission (pic. 2.7).
6. The liquid level must always be between the marks on the pointer.
7. To top up, use DIA QUEEN ATF SP III automatic transmission fluid.
Attention! When checking the fluid level for automatic transmissions (ATF) or topping up, be careful not to spill liquid on the hot exhaust manifold.
