Removal and installation
− The parts are removed in the order of the numbers indicated in the figure "Accelerator pedal".
Accelerator pedal. 1 - accelerator pedal position sensor, 2 - hysteresis, 3 - spring nut, 4 - accelerator pedal, 5 - accelerator pedal pad, 6 - bushing, 7 - return spring, 8 - stopper, 9 - pedal mounting bracket, 10 - pedal travel limiter.
− Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- When installing the parts, pay attention to the hysteresis setting operation.
a) Set the hysteresis on the accelerator pedal axis.
b) Turn the hysteresis unit in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure to set it to the correct position, and temporarily tighten its mounting bolts.
c) Tighten the hysteresis unit mounting bolts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 4 - 6 Nm
- After completing the installation of the parts, check and adjust the accelerator pedal position sensor
