Removal



The parts are removed in the order shown in the figure.

Before you begin removing parts, remove the door sill trim and front side trim.

Installation





Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Install the door lock retainer so that the deviation of its center line relative to the center line of the door lock counterpart does not exceed 1.5 mm.

After completing the installation of the parts, install the door sill trim and front side trim.

Perform door adjustment.

Checking the side door limit switch





Check that the circuit is closed between any terminal of the connector and the switch body when the switch button is released ("ON") (resistance less than 2 ohms).



Check that the circuit is open between any terminal of the connector and the housing when the switch button is pressed ("OFF").

Installing the rear lower glass guide



Insert the rear lower glass guide securely into the rear glass guide.

Installing an internal door opening handle



To install the door handle lock cable (front door) or door handle lock rod (rear door), set the inside door lock button to the "LOCK" position.

After completing the installation of the parts, check the operation of the inner and outer door handles.

Install waterproof door film.

Install the door trim.
