Installing an oil filter (Mitsubishi L200 4)

1. Clean the surface of the adapter bracket.

2. Lubricate the surface of the sealing ring with a thin layer of engine oil.



3. Using a special attachment and a torque wrench, tighten the filter to a torque of 22±2 Nm.

4. If there is no nozzle, tighten the filter as follows:

• a) screw the filter until the sealing ring touches the adapter;
• b) Close the filter 3/4 turn.
