ID code registration method
After purchasing a new ignition key or replacing the immobilizer electronic control unit, you need to register identification codes for each new key in the immobilizer control unit. (The maximum number of registered codes is eight).
In addition, after replacing the immobilizer electronic control unit, you need to use the MUT-II device to register the password set in the immobilizer electronic control unit (Similar information is provided in the MUT-II Operation Manual).
Attention! When registering new ID codes, all previously registered codes will be erased. In this regard, you must have available all ignition keys, the codes of which have already been registered.
Connect MUT-II to the diagnostic socket.
Attention! Connecting and disconnecting the MUT-II must always be done with the ignition off.
Use the ignition key you are about to register to turn the ignition switch to the «ON» («ON».).
Use MUT-II to register ID code. If you register two or more codes, use the next ignition key you are about to register to turn the ignition switch to the «ON» («ON».), without disconnecting the MUT-II.
Disconnect MUT-II. This will complete the registration operation.
