Adjusting the position of the rear seat backrest (Mitsubishi Pajero 1)

To recline the rear seat back, lean forward slightly and pull up on the adjustment lever, lean back and set the seat back to the desired position.

Release the adjustment lever and the seat will lock into the position you choose.

Folding the rear seat





The rear seat can be folded forward to create additional luggage space. Pull the backrest lock handle towards you and fold the backrest forward.



Pull the seat by the straps towards the luggage compartment, then fold the entire seat by pulling it up and forward until it locks into place.



Caution! Pull the straps in the direction indicated by the arrows.




To fold the rear seat back, pull the lever located on the left side of the seat and lower the seat back. Raise the seat back.

Warning! Do not allow children to play in the luggage compartment. While driving, children must sit in seats and be fastened with belts. Make sure the rear seat back is in the upright position and locked into place.
