Removal and installation
- If necessary, remove the instrument panel before starting to remove parts.
Note: The procedure for removing the instrument panel is given in the chapter "Interior".
− The parts are removed in the order of numbers indicated in the figure "Removing the ventilation system air ducts".
Removal the ventilation system air ducts. 1 - Instrument cluster center trim, -2 - Center deflector, 3 - Side deflector, 4 - Side door glass defroster duct (right), 5 - Side door glass defroster duct (left), 6 - Windshield defroster duct, 7 - Air distribution duct #1 (remove the glove box and instrument cluster center trim), 8 - Footwell duct (left), 9 - Auxiliary footwell duct (left) (cold climate models) (remove the driver's side lower instrument cluster trim), 10 - Footwell duct (right), 11 - Auxiliary footwell duct (right) (cold climate models) (remove the center console, front seats, carpet and floor spacer), 12 - Auxiliary rear duct, 13 - Rear duct (driver side footwell), 14 - Rear duct (footwell) from the passenger side), 15 - distribution air duct No.2 (remove the rear bumper), 16 - rear air duct of the ventilation system.
− Installation of parts is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
- After completing the installation of the parts, install the instrument panel.
