Removal
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. To remove the rear heater air duct, footwell distributor, remove the following items in sequence:
- instrument panel;
- central deflector assembly 4 (Fig. 18.16);
- central ventilation duct 3;
- bottom cover 11;
- side window deflector 2;
- windshield deflector 1;
- air distribution duct 5;
- side air outlet 6 into the passenger compartment, assembled.
3. To remove the heater distribution duct (to the footwell area), remove the following items in sequence:
- front seat assembly;
- floor console assembly;
- left rear air duct 9 heater;
- right rear air duct 8 heater;
- radio;
- lower distribution air duct 7 (to the foot area).
4. To remove the rear ventilation duct components, remove the following items in sequence:
- rear bumper;
- rear side trim.
5. Loosen the screws and remove the rear ventilation duct 10.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
