Control plugs (filling station) and gearbox drain hole with self-locking limited slip differential
In a gearbox with a self-locking differential, the fluid changes every 48,000 km.
To check the level, install the car on a flat surface, unscrew the control hole plug from the gearbox housing. Check the level, which should be at least 6 mm from the bottom edge of the hole. Close the cork.
In a conventional rear axle gearbox, only hypoid gear oil with a viscosity of GL-5 and higher is poured, in accordance with the recommendations:
Mitsubishi special oil 8149630EX is poured into a gearbox with a self-locking differential.
