Drain and inspection plugs on the gearbox of rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles





At the top are the drain and inspection plugs for rear-wheel drive vehicles.
Below are the drain and inspection plugs for all-wheel drive vehicles.


The inspection hole for checking and filling with oil is located on the side of the gearbox housing.

Unscrew the plug. The oil level should be no more than 6 mm below the edge of the inspection hole.

If necessary, add oil through a funnel or with a syringe (recommended grade GL4 or SAE 75W-80).
