Markings on the expansion tank
The level is checked using the marks on the expansion tank.
Procedure for restoring the liquid level
1. When the engine has cooled down, unscrew the radiator cap.
2. Add fluid to the top and start the engine. Warm up the engine until the thermostat opens and add fluid again to the top of the filler neck.

3. Screw the radiator cap back on and add fluid to the tank (photo on the left). The photo on the right shows the brake master cylinder reservoir and level marks.
4. Restore the fluid level.
