Loosen the servo pump mounting and clamping bolts and press the pump against the engine. This will loosen the V-belt, see also Fig. K-1006 in the section "Removing and installing the engine".
Remove the V-belt.
Place the V-belt on the pulleys.
Press the servo pump away from the engine and thus slightly tighten the belt. Check the correct fit of the V-belt on the pulleys and then adjust the tension. The required value is 6.0 + 9.0 mm.
Tighten the clamping and mounting bolts to 50 Nm.
Check the belt tension again and repeat the adjustment if necessary.
