On vehicles with an intermittent wiper adjustment system, the wiper interval can be changed from 2 to 15 seconds by turning the adjusting knob.
Turn the knob towards you to increase the work intervals.
Clean your windscreen wiper blades and car glass with a mild detergent to remove the oil film from the windshield and keep the wipers working well, without squeaking or jerking.
Attention! Always turn off the windshield wipers and wait for them to reset before stopping the engine, especially in cold weather. If the wipers are not returned to the park position, but left on the glass, if they freeze to the windshield, the wiper motor may be damaged the next time it is started.
Attention! Before turning on the windscreen wipers in cold weather, check that they are not frozen to the windshield. If you operate the wipers under these conditions, the wiper motor may burn out.
Attention! Do not operate the windshield wipers when the glass is dry, as they may scratch the glass. It can also lead to premature wear of the brushes.
Attention! Replace the wiper blades when they are worn out so that the visibility of the road in rainy weather is not reduced. Use brushes of the correct size.
