1. Turn the ignition key to the 'ON' position, unfasten the driver's seat belt and check if the indicator lights up.
2. Turn the ignition key to the 'ON' position, fasten the driver's seat belt and check that the indicator goes out.
3. Disconnect the seat lock switch connector, short-circuit the seat lock switch cable bus connector contact to the vehicle body ground. Turn the ignition key to the 'ON' position, fasten the driver's seat belt and check if the indicator comes on.
