Removal the battery assembly





1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal wiring connection (1).

2. Disconnect the positive battery terminal wiring connection (models with additional battery) (2).

3. Remove the fuse block assembly (3).

4. Remove the safety block (4).

5. Remove the battery terminal cover (5).

6. Disconnect the positive battery terminal wiring connection (6).

7. Remove the positive battery terminal (7).

8. Remove the battery mount (8).

9. Remove the L-shaped battery mounting bolts (9).

10. Remove the battery and battery box assembly (10).

11. Remove the battery (11).

12. Remove the battery box (12).

Installing the battery assembly



Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the tightening torques shown in the figure.


1. Install the battery box (12).

2. Install the battery (11).

3. Install the battery and battery box assembly (10).

4. Tighten the L-shaped battery mounting bolts (9).

5. Install the battery mount (8).

6. Install the positive battery terminal (7).

7. Connect the positive battery terminal wiring connection (6).



8. Install the battery terminal cover (5).

9. Install the fuse block (4).

10. Install the fuse block assembly (3).

11. Connect the positive battery terminal wiring connection (models with additional battery) (2).

12. Connect the negative battery terminal wiring connection (1).
