The battery is filled with sulfuric acid diluted with distilled water. Since water can evaporate, it is necessary to check the electrolyte level approximately once a month and, if necessary, add distilled water. The electrolyte level should be between the marks on the battery case.



To add distilled water, remove the element caps and pour water until the level is near the mark and it covers the elements. Replace the plastic caps.

Cleaning the battery terminals

Clean the battery terminals and connection terminals. Lubricate them with acid-proof grease.
