Removal the rear windshield wiper and washer





1. Remove the rear wiper blade assembly (1).

2. Remove the rear wiper blade (2).

3. Remove the luggage compartment door trim.

4. Remove the cover (3).

5. Remove the windshield wiper arm (4).

6. Remove the washer (5).

7. Remove the rear wiper motor (6).

8. Remove the rear windshield washer reservoir (7).

9. Remove the rear windshield washer motor (8).

10. Remove the rear windshield washer nozzle (9).

11. Remove the rear windshield washer hose (10).

Installing the rear windshield wiper and washer



Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the tightening torques shown in the figure.


1. Install the rear windshield washer hose (10).

2. Install the rear windshield washer nozzle (9).

3. Install the rear windshield washer motor (8).

4. Install the rear windshield washer reservoir (7).

5. Install the rear wiper motor (6).

6. Install the washer (5).

1) Install the washer so that the mark on the washer is aligned with the mark on the tailgate glass.





7. Install the windshield wiper arm (4).

8. Install the cover (3).

9. Install the luggage compartment door trim.

10. Install the rear wiper blade (2).

1) Set the rear wiper blade to a special position.

Standard value (A): Align the wiper blade with the lower line of the rear window defroster.



11. Install the rear wiper blade assembly (1).

Checking the rear washer nozzle



1. Make sure that the nozzle and hose are not clogged with foreign materials.

2. Make sure the washer hose is not damaged.

3. Check and adjust the spray direction of the washer nozzle.

4. Set the washer nozzle to a special position.
