Removal the front windshield washer





1. Remove the hood insulation.

2. Remove the front windshield washer nozzle (1).

3. Remove the front windshield washer hose (2).

4. Remove the front right wheel.

5. Remove the right mudguard.

6. Remove the front bumper.

7. Remove the washer reservoir filler hose (3).

8. Remove the cover (4).

9. Disconnect the windshield washer motor connector and the headlight washer motor connector.

10. Remove the windshield washer reservoir (5).

11. Remove the windshield washer motor (6).

Installing a front windshield washer



Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the tightening torques shown in the figure.


1. Install the windshield washer motor (6).

2. Install the windshield washer reservoir (5).

3. Connect the windshield washer motor connector and the headlight washer motor connector.

4. Install the cover (4).

5. Install the washer reservoir filler hose (3).

6. Install the front bumper.

7. Install the right mudguard.

8. Install the front right wheel.



9. Install the front windshield washer hose (2).

10. Install the front windshield washer nozzle (1).

11. Install the hood insulation.

Checking the front washer nozzle



1. Make sure that the nozzle and hose are not clogged with foreign materials.

2. Make sure the washer hose is not damaged.

3. Check and adjust the spray direction of the washer nozzle.

4. Set the washer nozzle to a special position.
