Removal the headlight washer
1. Remove the front right wheel.
2. Remove the right mudguard.
3. Disconnect the headlight washer hose connection (from the bumper side) (1).
4. Disconnect the headlight washer hose connection (from the washer motor side) (2).
5. Remove the headlight washer hose (from the body side) (3).
6. Disconnect the headlight washer motor connector connection (4).
7. Remove the headlight washer reservoir (5).
8. Remove the headlight washer reservoir bracket (6).
9. Remove the headlight washer motor (7).
10. Remove the gasket (8).
11. Remove the front bumper.
12. Remove the headlight washer hose (from the bumper side) (9).
13. Remove the headlight washer cover (10).
14. Remove the headlight washer drive assembly (11).
Installing headlight washers
Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the tightening torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the headlight washer drive assembly (11).
2. Install the headlight washer cover (10).
3. Install the headlight washer hose (from the bumper side) (9).
4. Install the front bumper.
5. Install the gasket (8).
6. Install the headlight washer motor (7).
7. Install the headlight washer reservoir bracket (6).
8. Install the headlight washer reservoir (5).
9. Connect the headlight washer motor connector (4).
10. Install the headlight washer hose (from the body side) (3).
11. Connect the headlight washer hose connection (from the washer motor side) (2).
12. Connect the headlight washer hose connection (from the bumper side) (1).
13. Install the right mudguard.
14. Install the front right wheel.
