Removal and installation
Front indicators and turn signal repeaters
On late production cars the diffuser is glued to the reflector.
1. On early production vehicles, unscrew the screws and remove the diffuser (or repeater lampshade).
2. Remove the repeater lamp by pulling it towards you.
3. The turn signal lamp is removed after turning it counterclockwise.
4. Install the new bulb in reverse order, keeping in mind that the bulb can only fit into the holder grooves in one way.
5. Remove the spring or unscrew the screws (if they are accessible from the outside).
6. Carefully remove the pointer, being careful not to break any latches or brackets.
7. Turn the lamp holder counterclockwise and remove.
8. Replace the lamp.
Rear lights and direction indicators
1. On early production vehicles, to replace the lamp, you need to remove the rear combination lamp diffuser.
2. On vehicles after 1990, follow these steps to replace the rear cluster bulb.
3. Determine which lamp is not lit and remove the diffuser cover.
4. Loosen the screws and remove the rear combination casing.
5. Remove the lamp holder (as a rule, you need to turn it 1/4 turn) and replace the lamp (the lamp is turned inside out).
