Replacing a headlight bulb (Mitsubishi Pajero 1)

Cars 1992-98.



1. Remove the expansion tank with coolant.

2. Disconnect the battery from ground.

3. Disconnect the connector and remove the lamp holder cover.

4. Turn the union nut counterclockwise and remove the lamp with the holder.



5. Install the lamp in reverse order (1 – boss, 2 – ribbed structure).

6. Make sure that the casing is securely fastened, otherwise the beam adjustment will be disrupted and water will get inside the optical element.
