If raising the vehicle with the jack at point A is not enough, use point B.
Before jacking up your vehicle, set the parking brake.
On vehicles with a manual transmission, move the gear shift lever to the neutral position. On vehicles with automatic transmission, engage park position P and turn the ignition key to the LOCK position.
Place the jack under one of the jacking points shown in the illustration.
Use the jacking point closest to the wheel being replaced or to the wheel that needs chains for improved traction.
Caution: Make sure the jack is installed on a solid surface.
Remove the jack and jack handle.
Using the jack handle, turn the air release valve clockwise against the stop.

Insert the jack handle into the socket and align the groove on the handle with the notch in the socket. By moving the lever up and down, raise the jack until it touches the jacking point on the vehicle.

When raising the rear of the vehicle, rotate the jack socket so that the groove on the jack is properly positioned over the lifting point. Raise the vehicle by raising and lowering the jack lever.

Lowering the car
Using the jack handle, turn the air release valve counterclockwise to lower the jack, then remove the jack from under the vehicle.
Caution! If the air release valve is opened too much (3 or more turns counterclockwise), oil will leak through the hole and the jack will fail.
Sometimes it happens that after raising the front of the car, the jack does not detach from the mounting point on the bottom of the car. In this case, rock the car to lower the jack.
If the jack is difficult to remove by hand, insert the jack handle into the socket and align the groove on the handle with the protrusion in the socket. Then, pull the handle and remove the lever.
Press the lever to fully lower the piston and turn the release valve clockwise until it stops.
Caution: Use only the jack supplied with the vehicle. Do not use other jacks.
Caution: The jack is not recommended for use with chains other than lifting the vehicle to change a tire or install chains to improve traction.
Caution: Before using the jack, block the diagonally opposite wheel.
Attention! When lifting the car with a jack, no one should be in the car.
Caution: Stop lifting the vehicle when the wheel no longer touches the ground. It is dangerous to lift the car higher.
