Removal the side sill trim
1. Remove the side threshold trim (1).
1) Attach protective tape along the edges of the entire length of double-sided tape remaining on the body.
2) Remove traces of double-sided tape using a scraper.
3) Remove the protective tape.
4) Wipe the surface of the body and clean it with technical alcohol.
5) Remove traces of double-sided tape from the removed side sill trim using a scraper.
6) Wipe and clean the installation surface of the side sill trim with technical alcohol.
7) Stick new double-sided tape to the side sill trim.
Installing the side threshold trim
1. Install the side threshold trim (1).
1) Remove the protective paper from the double-sided tape.
2) Install the side threshold trim.
Note: Heat the body mounting surface to 40°C - 60°C to improve the bonding quality.
3) Press the side sill trim firmly.
