Removal the mudguards





1. Remove the front mudguard.

2. Remove the rivet (1).

1) Make a hole in the rivet to break it using a drill with a 4mm drill bit and remove the rivet.

3. Remove the front mudguard liner (2).

1) Remove the mudguard using a special tool MB990784.



4. Remove the front mudguard liner (3).

5. Remove the rear mudguard.

6. Remove the rear fender liner (short wheelbase) (4).

1) Remove the mudguard using a special tool MB990784.

7. Remove the rear fender liner (short wheelbase) (5).

8. Remove the protective film (short wheelbase vehicle without side step) (6).

9. Remove the rear fender liner (long wheelbase) (7).

1) Remove the mudguard using a special tool MB990784.



10. Remove the rear fender liner (long wheelbase) (8).

11. Remove the protective film (short wheelbase without door trim) (9).

12. Remove the protective film (long wheelbase without door trim) (10).

Installing mudguards



1. Install the protective film (long wheelbase without door trim) (10).

2. Install the protective film (short wheelbase without door trim) (9).

1) Wipe with a cloth and clean the surface where the protective film is installed using technical alcohol.

2) Remove the protective paper of the double-sided tape of the protective film and install the protective film in the recommended places.



3. Install the rear fender liner (long wheelbase) (8).

1) Wipe with a rag and clean with technical alcohol the surface of the rear fender liner, where the lining is installed.

2) Remove the protective film of the double-sided tape from the rear fender liner.

3) Install the cover on the fender liner.

Note: Heat the mudguard surface to 40°C - 60°C to improve the bonding quality.


4) Press the trim firmly against the fender liner.

4. Install the rear fender liner (long wheelbase) (7).

1) Wipe with a rag and clean with technical alcohol the surface of the rear fender liner, where the lining is installed.



2) Remove the protective film of the double-sided tape from the rear fender liner.

3) Install the cover on the fender liner.

Note: Heat the mudguard surface to 40°C - 60°C to improve the bonding quality.


4) Press the trim firmly against the fender liner.

5. Install the protective film (short wheelbase without side stand) (6).

6. Install the rear fender liner (short wheelbase) (5).

7. Install the rear fender liner (short wheelbase) (4).

8. Install the rear mudguard.

9. Install the front mudguard liner (3).

10. Install the front mudguard (2).

1) Wipe with a rag and clean with technical alcohol the surface of the front mudguard, where the lining is installed.

2) Remove the protective film of the double-sided tape from the front mudguard liner.

3) Install the cover on the fender liner.

Note: Heat the mudguard surface to 40°C - 60°C to improve the bonding quality.


4) Press the trim firmly against the fender liner.

11. Install the rivet (1).

1) Insert rivet B into the appropriate position.

2) Install the special tool on part C of the rivet.

3) Squeeze the handle of the special tool to install the rivet.

4) Cut off the thin part of part C of the rivet and fix the rivet.



12. Install the front mudguard.
