Removal the front bumper





1. Remove the radiator grille.

2. Remove the support.

3. Remove the headlight washer drain.

4. Remove the front part of the front fender liner.

5. Loosen the screws and remove the mudguard clamps (1).

6. Remove the front wheel arch mudguard (2).

7. Remove the front bumper bracket (3).

8. Disconnect the fog light connector connection (cars with fog lights).

9. Disconnect the headlight washer hose connection (cars with headlight washers).

10. Remove the front bumper assembly (4).

11. Remove the front bumper reinforcement (5).

12. Remove the front bumper side support (6).

13. Remove the front bumper pillar bracket (7).

14. Remove the front bumper support bracket (8).

Installing the front bumper



Note: When installing, tighten the bolts to the tightening torques shown in the figure.


1. Install the front bumper support bracket (8).

2. Install the front bumper pillar bracket (7).

3. Install the front bumper side support (6).

4. Install the front bumper reinforcement (5).



5. Install the front bumper assembly (4).

6. Connect the headlight washer hose connection (cars with headlight washers).

7. Connect the fog light connector connection (cars with fog lights).

8. Install the front bumper bracket (3).

9. Install the front wheel arch mudguard (2).

10. Tighten the screws and remove the mudguard clamps (1).

11. Install the front part of the front fender liner.

12. Install the headlight washer drain.

13. Install the support.

14. Install the radiator grille.

Disassembling the front bumper





1. Remove the front bumper grille (1).

2. Remove the front fog lights assembly (cars with front fog lights) (2).

3. Remove the front fog light frame (cars with front fog lights) (3).

4. Remove the fog light hole cover (cars without front fog lights) (4).

5. Remove rivet A (5).

1) Make a hole in the rivet to break it using a drill with a 4mm drill bit and remove the rivet.

6. Remove the front bumper side bracket (6).



7. Remove rivet B (7).

1) Make a hole in the rivet to break it using a drill with a 4mm drill bit and remove the rivet.



8. Remove the front bumper side reinforcement (8).

9. Remove the front bumper cover (9).

10. Remove the front bumper (10).

Assembling the front bumper



1. Install the front bumper (10).

2. Install the front bumper cover (9).

3. Install the front bumper side reinforcement (8).

4. Install rivet B (7).

1) Insert rivet B into the appropriate position.

2) Install the special tool on part C of the rivet.

3) Squeeze the handle of the special tool to install the rivet.

4) Cut off the thin part of part C of the rivet and fix the rivet.



5. Install the front bumper side bracket (6).

6. Install rivet A (5).



1) Insert rivet A into the appropriate position.

2) Install the special tool on part C of the rivet.

3) Squeeze the handle of the special tool to install the rivet.

4) Cut off the thin part of part C of the rivet and fix the rivet.



7. Install the fog light hole cover (cars without front fog lights) (4).

8. Install the front fog light frame (cars with front fog lights) (3).

9. Install the front fog lights assembly (cars with front fog lights) (2).

10. Install the front bumper grille (1).
