Disassembling the third row of seats
1. Remove the outer cover of the seat backrest tilt adjustment device (1).
2. Remove the clamp release button (2).
3. Remove the clamp release button cover (3).
4. Remove the lock cover (4).
5. Disconnect the grab cable connection (5).
6. Remove the third row seat back assembly (6).
7. Remove the seat back tilt adjustment button (7).
8. Remove the seat backrest tilt adjustment cover (8).
9. Remove the seat folding button (9).
10. Remove the seat folding button cover (10).
11. Remove the rear panel of the third row of seats (11).
12. Remove the headrest guide (12).
13. Remove the third row seat back frame (13).
14. Remove the third row seat back cushion (14).
15. Remove the third row seat back cover (15).
16. Remove the rod (16).
17. Remove the spring (17).
18. Remove the seat backrest tilt adjustment cover (18).
19. Remove the inner cover of the seat back tilt adjustment device (19).
20. Remove the shaft (20).
21. Remove the seat belt catch (21).
22. Remove the third row seat cushion frame (22).
23. Remove the third row seat cushion (23).
24. Remove the third row seat cushion cover (24).
25. Remove the grab cable (25).
26. Remove the third row seat lock (26).
27. Remove the lever cover (27).
28. Remove the cam (28).
29. Remove the third row seat frame support assembly (29).
30. Remove the grip assembly (30).
31. Remove the striker cover (31).
32. Remove the striker (32).
Assembling the third row of seats
Note: When assembling, tighten the bolts to the tightening torques shown in the figure.
1. Install the striker (32).
2. Install the striker cover (31).
3. Install the grip assembly (30).
4. Install the third row seat frame support assembly (29).
5. Install the cam (28).
6. Install the lever cover (27).
7. Install the third row seat lock (26).
8. Install the grab cable (25).
9. Install the third row seat cushion cover (24).
10. Install the third row seat cushion (23).
11. Install the third row seat cushion frame (22).
12. Install the seat belt catch (21).
13. Install the shaft (20).
14. Install the inner cover of the seat back tilt adjustment device (19).
15. Install the seat back tilt adjustment device cover (18).
16. Install the spring (17).
17. Install the rod (16).
18. Install the third row seat back cover (15).
19. Install the third row seat back cushion (14).
20. Install the third row seat back frame (13).
21. Install the headrest guide (12).
22. Install the rear panel of the third row of seats (11).
23. Install the seat folding button trim (10).
24. Install the seat folding button (9).
25. Install the seat back tilt adjustment device cover (8).
26. Install the seat backrest tilt adjustment button (7).
27. Install the third row seat backrest assembly (6).
28. Connect the grab cable connection (5).
29. Install the lock cover (4).
30. Install the clamp release button cover (3).
31. Install the clamp release button (2).
32. Install the outer cover of the seat back tilt adjustment device (1).
